Request a MoneyGram transfer
Submit your request online. The amount is debited from your USD account once the transfer is sent.

What you need before you start
- Your passport — the number, and where it was issued
- Your mobile phone, to receive a verification code now
- Your home address and email address
- Your SIB account number in USD, which the transfer is funded from
- The destination country and city, and the amount you want to send
- If the money is going into a bank account rather than being collected in cash: the recipient's bank name and account number
The recipient's full name in Latin letters, exactly as printed in their passport, and their passport number
The Latin spelling is the most common reason requests stall — check it against the passport before you start.
How this works
Nothing is debited now. The bank checks your details against its records, sends the transfer, and only then takes the amount from the account you gave us. You can track it here at any time.
